I have many pay day loans other loans that I would like to consolidated into one payment. This is ripping my family apart then I pulled my husband's and my check out of the bank to get

money orders and someone stolen this money from my purse so along with the payday loans we are hurting. Our income is high

enough to make payments but in order to try to get out of the very, very bad debt we are in we need help!!!

I would strongly recommend that you take a look at Prosper. Depending on your credit, you still might have to pay in the high 20s for interest, but it is much better than the 400%-600% that payday loans cost. I would read their forums to learn more about what lenders look for in a loan. A good group to join would be psychdoc's group as he also offers assistance with credit repair.

Avoid debt consolidation and bankruptcy. Consolidation will ruin your credit and many don't work with payday loans and bankrutcy laws have changed so your debt is no longer just wiped away.

get a bankruptcy lawyer and skip all that drama of the consolidators.

believe me, i tried that crap and was ripped of for thousands!

i did biz with 3 consolidation companies and all 3 ripped me off i had my debt collectors all over my case screaming so bad and here i was out of 9 thousand.

i gave up and did what i should have done first.. call a bankruptcy lawyer. he will tell you your rights your options and if so help you in filing for the bankruptcy that will best suit you and then councel you on how to repair you credit as quickly as possible.

i'm not sorry, i'm so majorily happy i did that myself.
