First step, no matter how bad you need the loan, do not take another pay day loan. Find a 3rd job if need be, but this is the first step to getting out of the cycle. Next see if you could find a friend or relative who will help you out with a loan that has better terms than 99%. Also I would look into opening an account at a credit union, and then asking them for a loan, they seem to be easier to get than typical banks. If all the above does not work, I would just start to pay back the loans asap to avoid paying all that interest. I know this advice seems obvious, but I hope it helps. There are also a lot of websites online that have loans for bad credit ( not sure if you have bad credit or not, just assuming)

that's worse than a credit card. Maybe you should find one job that pays better.

I liked waiting tables and delivering pizza and made good money while in college.

Your only solution is to make more money to pay them off or borrow it from someone and make payments to them, interest free or less than what you are paying.

Sit yourself down and give yourself a good talking to! Then get up, make a coffee/tea and get your sh** together. You need to set yourself up with a strict budget, just a few simple steps and you should be able to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Follow this.....[strictly] .......

1. Get ALL your bills together for the past 12 months. Add them up and divide by 52 [weeks]. This is what it is costing you to live. Put this money away each week to pay yor bills when they come in - now stop worrying about the regular bills.

2. Add you payslips for the 12 months [assuming continuity] and divide by 52 weeks. This is what you have to live on.

3. Subtract 1 from 2. This is what you have left each week.

4. Subtract your 8 loan repayments from '3'. This is what you REALLY have left to live on.

5. Put half of the remainder into a savings bank or a locked money box - somewhere you can't easily get at it.

6. Buy yourself something nice with what's left.

Now, after 3 months you can start planning for something good to reward your hard work. Or at least you know you will have something put aside for a %26quot;rainy day%26quot;.

Just remember, running out of cigarettes, drink etc is NOT a rainy day emergency.

I am not sure about ohio but I know in Nevada they have something that you can go to your payday loan place and ask for some sort of payoff plan I forgot what it was called and it gives you 6 weeks(interest free) to pay off your payday loans. Also, in Nevada as long as you are paying your loan, even if it is not the full amount then they can not report you to credit agencys or anything because it shows your trying. You may have to look into the specific l was concerning payday loans in your state.

Or if you would like you could also try to get a loan on Prosper:

http://www.prosper.com/join/lloe

That is a peer to peer loan service that could save you some money. So you could pay off the other loans at what I'm sure would be a much better rate. It's worth a shot.

START BY ASKING THEM FOR THEIR STATE ID #

OR EMPLOYER IDENTIFICATION NUMBER.. IF

THEY DON'T HAVE ONE THEY ARE NOT A LEGITMATE

PAYDAY LOAN COMPANY.

You've been in this cycle for a year now. You need to move. Seriously, find a state that doesn't have Payday. Oh wait, you've applied online too. Maybe you should get rid of the internet, and move to a state that doesn't have these Payday Loan places. You're an adult. If your employer pays you $1,500 a month, that's all you get. You don't get more. If you can't survive on what you make, find another job. Those places make money off of stupid, desparate people. You need to go to a Loans Anonymous group meeting. One loan is understandable for a really bad situation, it's a poor choice, but we could understand. You have done this at least 8 times, and it has been going on for over a year. You have written checks for money that isn't in your bank account, and you don't show up to work and you don't call in. I'm glad you are single or I'd feel bad for the person you were with. My advice: learn that nobody should loan you anything because you are the most untrustworthy person in the world.
